Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of CREAssist, including its commercial real estate search, parcel information, saved research, and AI-assisted features. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use CREAssist.
Using CREAssist
You may use the service for lawful purposes and must provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting an inquiry. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the security of your sign-in method. If you believe your account has been used without authorization, contact us at support@creassist.net.
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems, submit unlawful or harmful content, or use automated means to overload or bypass access restrictions. You must comply with applicable laws and the terms of any third-party data sources you access through the service.
Property data and research
CREAssist displays information from public records, government GIS services, and other third-party sources. Records can be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or changed without notice. Property boundaries, zoning, ownership, addresses, assessed values, availability, and other details should be independently verified with the relevant authority and qualified professionals before you make a business or legal decision. CREAssist is a research tool, not a substitute for an appraisal, survey, title search, legal advice, brokerage advice, or other professional due diligence.
AI-assisted features
AI-generated responses may contain errors or omit important context. Review and verify them independently; do not rely on them as the sole basis for a transaction, investment, legal, or other consequential decision. Avoid entering sensitive information you do not want processed by the service and its AI providers. AI features may change or be unavailable at times.
Your submissions and our service
You retain any rights you have in information you submit, such as inquiries, notes, and research prompts. You grant CREAssist permission to process and use those submissions as needed to provide and maintain the service and to respond to requests you initiate, subject to our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights needed to submit that information.
The CREAssist website, software, branding, and original content are owned by CREAssist or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you. Public-record and third-party content remains subject to the rights and terms of its respective sources.
Third-party services
Sign-in options, maps, data sources, and links to outside sites may involve third parties. Their services and content are governed by their own terms and policies. CREAssist is not responsible for third-party sites or their availability or accuracy.
Availability and account access
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, address misuse, or comply with law. You may stop using the service at any time. For requests about your account or information, contact support@creassist.net.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CREAssist is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, CREAssist and those involved in providing the service are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the service or reliance on its property information or AI-generated responses. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post revised terms here with a new effective date. If you continue to use CREAssist after updated terms take effect, you agree to the updated terms.
